  THE GEM CARE GIVERS SUPPORT GROUP gathered at the Unitarian meeting house Nov. 19 to hear Karen Patton of  Dare County Social Services describe some of the help they can give seniors and their care givers as well as some of the limitations the department has in meeting non-priority needs.
