SPCA reps visit OBSF

RICK MORENO  of the local SPCA and a helper brought a dog and two cats to the Outer Banks Senor Fellowship meeting March 8. Judy Link (above left) enjoys the dog Moreno brought to the meeting. Two other OBSF members visit with one of the cats he brought. Moreno said most small dogs were adopted quickly, but larger ones were harder to place and there were many more cats brought in than they could find homes for.
