911 service set

The community is invited to attend a service of music and remembrance marking the tenth Anniversary of the attacks on 9-11.

 The event will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 4:00 pm at All Saints Episcopal Church. The service will be presented by the choirs of All Saints Episcopal Church and Outer Banks Presbyterian Church, joined by choristers from the choirs of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Duck United Methodist Church, Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church and The Outer Banks Chorus and will include choral anthems, hymns, prayers and reflections. The choirs will be under the direction of Steve Blackstock, music director/organist at All Saints Episcopal and accompanied by Jason Evans, music director/organist at Outer Banks Presbyterian. Fr. Tom Wilson, rector of All Saints, will preside over the service.
