DCAC presents film

Dare County Arts Council presents “Barbershop Punk” with director/producer/writer Georgia Sugimura Archer as part of the South Arts Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers at Cape Hatteras Secondary School, Buxton, NC on Saturday, February, 18.

Following a screening of her feature film, “Barbershop Punk,” Archer and the audience will engage in a discussion about the film and her work as a film-maker.
